Come ready to turn a marketing question into something useful. You can get your laptop ready now. We'll work through the prompts and build together during the session.
Bring your laptop. Sign in.
Bring a charger and open your AI app before you arrive. Kyle will demonstrate in Codex. Codex or Claude Code provides the local-project route. If you only have Cowork or browser chat, tell Kyle so he can help with setup.
Check that you can open a local folder.
Create an empty folder in Documents called “AG Workshop” and confirm your tool can open it as a local project. No coding, database, or app build is needed now. We'll provide the starter project, instructions and skills when the workshop opens.
Have your brand nearby.
Save your organization's logo and primary/accent colors on your laptop. We'll use them when it is time to build your dashboard.
Bring a question. Reports are optional.
Think of one marketing decision you'd like to understand better. If handy, bring GA4 and Google Ads CSV exports covering the same dates. We'll provide sample files, so data access is not required. No CRM export is needed.
Arrive ten minutes early if you'd like setup help. For now, you can explore what the group wants to learn. Kyle will share the password for the full workshop when the session starts.
